Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and dimensions, and will be informed prior to order confirmation. Payments for international orders are accepted via PayPal, and order coordination is managed securely through Whatsapp communication for a smooth and personalized experience. 

5. Customs & Duties:

• For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be levied by the destination country’s authorities. Any such additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the respective customs office, if applicable.

• We ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.

In exceptional circumstances—typically in remote or less accessible service areas—direct doorstep delivery may not be feasible due to logistical or infrastructural limitations.

• In such instances, the designated courier partner will proactively reach out to you with guidance for collecting your order from the nearest operational delivery hub or service point. • Transit Damage: In cases where the product is damaged during transit, we require a continuous, unedited package opening video (recorded from the moment the parcel is received and opened) as mandatory proof. Upon verification, we will assume full responsibility for the return shipping charges.
• Other Return Scenarios: For all other return reasons, including but not limited to personal preference, incorrect ordering, or sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
