By initiating a purchase through Favourite Bike Pitstop, you acknowledge and accept the terms set forth in this policy, without alteration. Should you find these conditions unacceptable, we recommend refraining from accepting the Terms of Use and discontinuing further use of our services.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We recognise that certain unforeseen events—such as acts of nature, critical health emergencies, or other uncontrollable disruptions—may impact your ability to proceed as planned. In such instances, Favourite Bike Pitstop will evaluate each case individually and endeavour to provide a resolution that is both reasonable and considerate.
Promotional Offers:
All purchases made during promotional or discounted sale events shall be deemed final and are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
A. Cancellation Initiated by Favourite Bike Pitstop
In certain instances, Favourite Bike Pitstop may be unable to process specific orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory limitations, operational challenges, pricing discrepancies, or other critical concerns identified during internal review. In such cases, we retain the authority to decline or revoke any order at our sole discretion.
If an order is annulled subsequent to a successful payment transaction, the corresponding amount will be duly reimbursed to the original payment method. Kindly be advised that any promotional codes applied to such transactions shall be considered void and are not subject to reinstatement or refund, regardless of whether the cancellation was initiated by the customer or by Favourite Bike Pitstop.
B. Cancellation Initiated by the Customer
Should a customer wish to revoke an order, Favourite Bike Pitstop reserves the absolute right to either approve or decline such a request at its discretion, without the obligation to provide justification.
As part of our standard operating procedure, if a cancellation request is received before the order has entered the processing or fulfillment phase, Favourite Bike Pitstop may honor the request and initiate a full refund within an appropriate timeframe.
However, please note that once an order has moved into the processing stage or has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accommodated. Favourite Bike Pitstop shall retain sole authority in determining the processing status of any order, and its decision in such matters shall be considered final and binding. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy without objection.
C. Cancellation of High-Volume Orders
Favourite Bike Pitstop retains the exclusive right to revoke any order deemed to fall under the classification of a “High-Volume Purchase,” as defined by internal criteria. Promotional codes or discounts applied to such transactions shall be considered ineligible for refund in accordance with this cancellation directive.
An order may be identified as a High-Volume Purchase under, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
The items are intended for commercial distribution rather than personal use.
Multiple transactions are placed for identical products to the same shipping address.
An unusually large quantity of the same item is requested in a single or multiple orders.
The delivery address provided is found to be incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious.
Any fraudulent means or unauthorised methods are employed to initiate the order.
Favourite Bike Pitstop reserves the sole discretion to assess and enforce this policy as deemed appropriate, without the obligation to provide prior notice.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
Customers have the flexibility to cancel their order, either in full or in part, prior to the product being dispatched from Favourite Bike Pitstop’s fulfilment facility.
Once an order has been successfully placed through our platform and subsequently handed over to our designated logistics partner (as outlined in the Delivery Policy), a unique tracking identification number will be issued. This identifier will enable the customer to monitor the shipping progress of the ordered product(s).
If a cancellation request is made before the item has been shipped, the customer may initiate the process by contacting Favourite Bike Pitstop’s Customer Support team via call or WhatsApp at +91 9909901886. To ensure a seamless cancellation experience, it is important to provide complete order details, including the order ID.
Please note:
Refunds to original payment methods are subject to a standard deduction of 2.5% of the invoiced value, representing payment gateway transaction processing fees.
For payments made through EMI options or any third-party financial service providers (such as credit or EMI cards), additional deductions may apply in line with the service fees charged by the respective providers. These charges will be subtracted from the total invoice value during the refund process.
2. Revocation of Order Post-Dispatch
Favourite Bike Pitstop does not accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been dispatched, except in exceptional cases as outlined under unforeseen or mitigating circumstances mentioned earlier.
In instances where the product has already been delivered, any request for return must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions specified in our Return and Refund Policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the stated guidelines when initiating a return.
